Bounding with animal and marine life and in many ways still as untamed as it was two hundred years ago...
Had to use more words than requested to describe the place. I have spent many years at sea on those waters. Take the Alaska Marine Highway and see it for yourself one day!
My most favorite place in the world outside the Grand Canyon. My first time there was in June. I sailed the Atlantic 2x one trip was whale watching. Home of the Pilot and Humpback whales. I left a part of me there. Home of the International Space station. It was my first Heaven and earth exp. haha!little fishing village also home to many Scotts and Irish. Also, I cannot forget the French Acadians. whooooops great fresh fish and Lobster.
As bodies of water go, it would have to be Halle Berry's, as she emerges from the waves in "Die Another Day." Buoyancy was never so misnamed. The girl is truly see-worthy.

I would love to reveal the story this question, but ya know, I would like to hear Rafael's answer first. ..Let's say hmmmmmmm, 48 hours limit Rafael's reply, then I tell.
The key to any good psych test is in its participants not knowing what the test is about. Since I know what it's about, my answers are tainted by that knowledge.
Rafael you could be right the "tainted" part since you say ya know what the question is about. Would love to hear your tainted reply... LOL...
I asked one lady the question and she said ..."The water vapor that surrounds the earth". One of the adjectives was changed to a noun which is the only one I remember... she said ... "womb". hmmm... interesting eh... she was a new mommy.
The question provokes some very interesting responses especially considering if the person is going through a divorce or finding a mate or same sex persuassion. I have asked so many people this question over the years, but never with the visual displays as given in these replys this thread. To me the question is intrigueing because of the responses in the form of 3 adjectives which can become extended descriptions or nouns or what ever approach of response a participant may utilise, in this case this thread :Visual Displays. Kewl.
My tale behind the QUESTion...
In the year of our Lourde.... nope, nope, nope... In a land far far away... nope nope nope... Once Upon a.... nope...
Ahh I have it... Long Story Short Version
13-14 years ago I was divorced for a year. I was seriously considering a new relationship with a beautiful lady of whom I have not yet met. Made a list of what I wanted in the relationship. Prayed about it. A few days later I find an article in a magazine about relationships and it listed 4 questions to respond with 3 adjectives and then view what the questions are about. It was not mentioned as a psyche test! But I knew it was just because of the article, but not really knowing, I did not flip the page to insure the validity my suspect. So I just answered the question with respect the list I made a few days before.
I wrote down "Water Falls". 3 adjectives: free falling, misty, powerful.
back to the story... ahem... forgive me...
I was employed by Fort Liberty (Orlando Entertains), dinner theatre, singing servor... "2 Hours and 10 minutes of non-stop entertainment featuring Proffesor Samuel P.Gladstone and his Wild West/Medicine Show Traveling Extavaganza, wherein in you get all the beer, wine, soda, you care to muster down your gullet and all the food your pallet can handle"... blah blah blah... The script was E Troop 7th Calvery (Custer's Troop as a matter of fact). But ennyway that is another story...
Ennyway... a couple hundred shows later, there was a new face in the cashiers booth. I inquired of her... "A temporary transfer from King Henry's Feast to help us out."
She was and IS BEAUTIFULL in the eyes of this beholder... I was awed her emerald eyes and crimson crown of glory and kindness and great smile.
Intoduced. We chit chatted a few times and then I asked her this question that I found in that mag a few days before:
"What is your favorite body of water? And describe it in three adjectives."
She said ... "Sure.... hmmmmm ... A Rushing Mighty River..."
I peered deep into her eyes.... ( We were at Fort Liberty before the first show at employee meal time standing in the lobby)...
And she peered into mine eyes ... "Wet, Deep &, Wild..." and she winked.
I was stunned... oh yes indeedy I was, but quickly gathered myself and asked her... " What are you doing Friday night?"
A few months later we finally had a date. A very few lota months later we were married.
The question and the three adjectives are concerning sex, the attributes of sex, the evidence as displayed that families are born... and so on.... many an interesting reply all the people I asked over the years especially the one from mine wife...
Been to the FLORIDA keys, Coco Beach is nice, I really like to strip bars along there.
Been to Lake Tahoe, the casinos are nice.
Been to a Long Island beach was okay, where this California boy first body surfed.
Been to St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, oh my goodness what a place.
I have also spent a few years sailing aound the North Pacific, and have even been through the inside Passage of South East Alaska, there is one point with a 16 knot current, wow.
I have spent a few years sailing the North Atlantic, even one year in the North-north Atlantic, and have been through the panama canal thrice.
I must say that my favorite beach was Aruba. Where I first fell in love with the best spectator sport that man has ever devised. Hot sun, laying on a white beach, drinking cheap rum, watching ladies as they play top-less ping-pong. Yes, I said ping-pong. Under palm trees, one resort had ping-pong tables along the beach. Our sub had broken and we stopped in Aruba while awaiting the arrival of repair parts. So a friend and I (he was the Catholic Lay leader, I was the protestant lay Leader) hiked around the island and ended on a beach behind a resort. 2 bottles of rum were cheaper than 2 sodas. So we settled down on these chaise lounge chairs, to drink a little coke with our rum; when the visitors of the resort came out and 2 dozen ladies began a ping-pong tournament. Not 10 feet from our chairs.
Yes my favorite body (of water) is the carribean on the beachs of Aruba

Horseshoe Bay in Bermuda. Pink sands, warm clear water, gentle swell, and colorful fish.
I wish you could see it in the original.
Also the South Shore Beach of Martha's Vinyard. Tempestous whitecaps, rocky, and salty spray. This was the beach of my childhood.
Long Island beaches are beautiful- I especially love Long Beach- but as I am always working I very very rarely have had the pleasure of enjoying them.

Magens Bay, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands
In the Virgins, the legend is if you live a good life, you get to spend eternity at Magens Bay. The most beautiful beach I've ever seen.
Of course I was there on my honeymoon, so that it made it memorable for some other reasons.

Deep and clear green
Mysterious and heavily forested
Bounding with animal and marine life and in many ways still as untamed as it was two hundred years ago...

Is this some kind of psychological test? If (as I suspect) it is, then Buck's answer is hilarious.
