Sure.
Martin Luther bucked the establishment,
started his own organization,
had respect,
and was German.
vpw tried not to make a big deal out of it out loud,
but in private, he was VERY proud of being German.
So, he attempted to get others to see him as they saw Luther.
Thus, the cheap stunt mentioned above.
