Bramble
My husband, who already is a big organic veggie gardener, has become very interested in whole food diets, medicinal herbs(he wants to grow more herbs) and teas. There are tons of books and websites, but we would appreciate some recommendations from people who have studied in this area. Any ideas? Rejoice
Dr John Christopher was the only naturopath allowed by the US Army during WWII to treat patients. He has passed now, but his son continues his work. Here's the website with great books. http://www.herbsfirst.com/ Also, his student, Dr Richard Schulze carries on the same work, and is big on whole foods and cleansing of organs. his website is: www.800herbdoc.com
