it really is nice to be able to get mad about stuff anymore.. I dealt with it here, and things are lots better.

Frustration sometimes.. I guess it wouldn't hurt to say something here about it..

Dealing with a situation where the department here doesn't get what it needs to produce, but still has to somehow turn a profit..

I think I need another job.. and I have been seeking.

... all of which can lead to a rather dangerous situation, ... and a potential lawsuit. :blink:

You might want to mention this to the frugal boss, lest he forget that hiring attorneys to deal with situations like this ain't exactly frugal, ... if ya know what I mean.

This is one reason (I believe) why cheap bosses/companies like this, despite their pinching pennies and shortchanging their employees/customers, never become thriving & successful companies like Microsoft or HP? And the thing is, they haven't got a clue as to this. :huh:
