Hi. It never stops amazing me how expensive modest lookin homes are going for these days.

Case in point the recent remodel of a CO home featured here on greasespots.

I was born and raised in Texas, and since TWI have lived all over the USA, but now I want to go back home. I have a BEAUTIFUL home with over an acre of land in Independence Missouri. I can't move back to God's Country until we first sell our home.

Hoping everyone who sees this will go to the following web site and take a look.

Where else in America can you find a Lovely Cape Cod for under $200,000.

Gosh theres a remodeled ranch in CO selling for over $400,000 -- who can afford that? Not me.

Anyway for some fortunate person this would be a wonderful home.

I can't take the cold weather of Missouri any longer.

Go a couple hours North of Cape Cod and you can find them for cheaper.
