Bob --- I posted the *last lost teaching*, not Mike, although he started the thread.
Since it was the subject of discussion, it seemed to behoove me to have it out there in full view, if folks wanted to talk about it. :)-->
Mike has some serious questions to answer about it (given the claims he has made), and as I said on the other site -- I see nothing *spectacular* about it.
by the way, "karma" is a common term for the status of your presence on a message board. Not unique to GS, so I wouldn't draw conclusions about the guy using it.
This dude has done a lot to make sure that his name or whatever isn't easily found. Even his blog links fail to disclose much info. He's really going to a lot of lengths to make sure that no one can really track him, other than the fact he's in NJ....
Never mind if RFR gets her paws on him... what about Chel@r? YIKES!
After reading the guest book there with all the gawd blesses and family crap, I got a flashback to when I was involved and it was sickening. I never truly realized just how miserable I was. I never felt loved, that was a shaky fleeting notion, depending on how well I performed and being safe, well who could be safe with all those devil spirits after you? What a farce.
Hello Samurai! Welcome to greasespot...sorry to spoil your monday ...lol
You are absolutely correct...the love we recieved, our standing in the body was directly related to how well we preformed...did we bring newbies to twig? did we have someone for each class...how many times wow ...adv class corpes?
Felt safe?? you bet...but absolutely miserable :-(
I sound like someone else, huh? Hope that is good but guess I will have to find a different avi though.
But it was a freaky monday though. Amazing how we can flash back reading certain terminology but I guess it's not so weird considering how a smell can throw you back years too in a memory. I suppose we're wired that way.
And it is meant to be a place for the "young folks" to chat and discuss teachings and people that are involved with the Way. (anywhere in the world).
It did get shut down for a while, and he had to jump through a lot of hoops (leadership) to get it off the ground.
His main concern was to have something that kids can relate to since they are always on the computer and the ministry had nothing for them in cyberspace. (ya know, better than chat rooms for skate boards or porn......)
There are many "innie" sites that I know about. (And I am not referring to Family Tables) I know of 6 from Canada and 3 in the US that I go to regularily. They aren't technically sites about the Way but they don't hide their involvement. Actually I think you guys would get a jolt thinking that these guys post this sort of stuff while their leadership *gasp* knows about it.
I would love to know these actually exist. Title of Web God of the Week goes to the first to find any of them (assuming they exist).

Mike seems to be having fun over there. He's already posted his VeePee's last teaching doctrine.
Now I really feel sorry for the guy.

Incidentally, for the record, I have NOT posted at the other site. Whoever posted unflattering stuff about Mike anonymously was not me.
Actually, was not I, but no one talks like that.

Ending a sentence with a preposition is something up with which I will not put.

Ok -- whatever. I was agreeing with you, though not perhaps grammatically correct.
Mea culpa.

After some more snooping - gawd I love a good mystery - I came up with this:
http://www.familytables.net/
Seems this is the owner's other website.
Make it a point to check out the guest book - some oldies but goodies in there!
I wish I knew who this guy was... (he's cute!) (I used to know a group of them from NJ... sigh...)

"Family Tables" is definately a Florida site. All the pics from meetings, etc. are all from there.

Hhmmm, I never told them who my twig coordinator was (I don't have one), and I'm registered and can get on the site.
And I see where Smikeol is posting there. That probably explains why its so quiet here.

Yeah, Samurai, welcome!
Your post sounded so much like one of George Aar's that I didn't even notice your screen name! (George uses the same avatar.)

Understood Samurai, I am still amazed at the way certain phrases and terms can cause reactions way out of proportion than the situation warrents.
Welcome, your avatar looks just like George Aar....lol.
That is why the confusion.
