I mean most people check their snail mail at least once a week.

If it's a "Private Topic" why would any one wish to make it public that a "Private Topic" is being sent?

Song, not everyone checks their private topics on a regular basis and some don't realize that there's a notification that you have a private topic at the top of the forums. Usually when someone sends a PT it's because they do not have the person's e-mail and sometimes it's important or urgent and we want them to get the message right away. :D--> Sometimes, it's not important, but we still want them to get the message right away. ;)-->

I cannot check my private topics and I don't know why. Do you have to be special to give and receive private topics? Do your friends have to be perfect for you to be allowed to get private topics? I have a friend on GS who is banned from getting and receiving private topics. I am new at this but one time a few years ago I actually got a private topic and now I can't. Enlighten me Paw. Jewel

Jewel, you probably don't have any private topics if you can't access them.

Find my screen name at the left...click on it...you have several choices. The third one invites me to a private topic with you.

why don't you set up a "bogus" PT with me, and then you can see how the system works.
