If I were a meteorologist and had naming hurricane clout, this is what I'd do.

After the first 26 hurricanes ranging from A-Z...starting with the 27th hurricane, there would have to be 2 of the same letters in the name...

ie.

Aaron 27th

Bebe 28th

Cecil 29th

Didi 30th

Eeyore 31st

Fifi 32nd... etc.

I was going to say Fluffy for the 3 Fs name. Kind of a silly name for a hurricane, and I don't know who'd name a human Fluffy. On second thought, I knew some hippie street performers in Calif. who named their little daughter Groovy, so I guess any name is possible.
