That sounds wonderful, out in nature in a beautiful state. I hope you have the time of your life and you can't help coming back refreshed after a wk. away from the computer.
I'm on vacation all next week, too. I'm soooooooooo excited. Haven't taken a full week off at once in about three years. Wheeee!
Have fun, Ham. Where in N. W. Va.? It is beautiful there. I lived in Wheeling, and even out on the edge of town were beautiful woods and rivers. It's a gorgeous state.
Hope your field day was fun, too. I sat in on a couple of those when I was at Rome City. I was even thinking of getting my license, but I never got around to practicing the dots and dashes for the test.
As my rafting guide said before our ride down the great Gauly River, "If you loose a tooth, be sure to find it, if you don't they won't let you leave West Virginia" :D-->

Linda when were you in Wheeling? I was a WOW there and then stayed for a couple of years back in the late 70's.

My cousin may be one of the mysterious posters here- if my suspicions are correct.
If so, I offer a hearty "see ya there" if you are coming.

Last year, one of the dogs there ate my tent- literally.
But that's OK, the stay was worth a hundred tents.

Hi Moony:
I was a WOW there in 79-80. We lived on the nice side of the island. Were you still there then?

I'm back! Well, kind of. I'd rather stay there..
Only hint I would offer: begins with a "J", but I could be wrong.
Linda, it is in Upshur county, somewhere close to Buckhannon.
