Hey, I thought you (or was it Steve!?) were kidding with "The Squid and the Whale"! "Anne of the Thousand Days" starred Richard Burton and Genevieve Bujold. It was nominated for about a dozen Oscars, including Best Picture (1969).
I would agree. I notice that all of the game threads have been quiet lately. People are either busy, or just don't want to post a new clue, so they don't answer the present puzzle.
It's not really mandatory. Being able to post the next lyric, quote, or puzzle was considered the PRIZE for guessing one. I guess the thrill is gone. <_<
About a third of the time I don't want to post a new clue...others had said they'd rather solve than post....it may become tedious for some and take the fun right out of it...?

Hehehe, well, you are partially correct.
The hot babe is just window dressing.

Actually, no; but I THOUGHT there was! The actual title of the movie (I just looked it up) was "Anne of THE Thousand Days." Story of Anne Boleyn.
You're up, Raf!

Sudo
George,
And sometimes, folks just get tired of playing. Need a break. That kind of thing. :)

Gee, maybe we could drop the manditory posting of next clues and make it an at will thing?

Indeed. Ben Stein + several Annas (and an Ana). For extra credit, can you name them?

"Something" is "Smith." The other two ladies are Ana Gasteyer (from Saturday Night Live) and Anna Torv (starring on Fringe).
You're up!
