Honestly, PD, that was a bit obscure. Not the movie, but the use of an anguished OJ (whom I couldn't even recognize) for "verdict." I might have gone with "fur" and "Dick" (Nixon or Cheney).
I think the second set of clues better mimics the actual sounds, but both were well-conceived.
I'll post a new one later.
George
I totally agree. The first set was a bit harder and required some phonetic gymnastics. That's why I posted it first. The second set was a lot more obvious with very little room for mistaking the sounds in the title. A higher degree of difficulty is sometimes a better challenge.
I've always admired your creativity (and I'm not implying that you are God!) with these threads, but I'm not good at knowing the names of most of the people. My bad, not yours!

The dove is probably representative of either "the" or hopefully "the" plus the first sound of the next word (v or maybe f)
What the sad man represents eludes me at this time.

"The" is correct for the first word.
What has OJ just heard? That's the clue for picture #2.
Another great Paul Newman movie, imo.

Anyway...
Three pics, need two names, sort of.

That's it! (Darn clever of me to use Ted Knight as both Ted and Knight!)

George, you are the master-pictionator! (That's a lot better than being the best at putting fish bait on the hook )
Next clues:

The third picture could be a pendant or a broche. I just can't think of a movie title beginning with the sounds ROME + OWEN.

I tried to gain inspiration from some of your previous examples. Keep thinking, you'll get there...

I think everyone has seen this movie - or the play - or both, at least once. Three word title.
Correct on the first two pics. Close on the third. No where near on the fourth clue, but I'm going to let it stay as is, for now.
Lot's of hints...

If the fourth pic isn't NET, it might be FAULT or SERVE, but I'm still not getting the beginning sounds. :(

Ahhh. So Rome + Owen was "Romeo and"
and the net/ball deal was "let"
ROME + OWEN + JEWEL + LET
or
ROW + MEOW + ANNE (Bancroft) + JULIE + E.T.
I dunno.
Oh, wait "Romeo and Juliet."
:)

But soft, what light in window breaks!!!!! I thought the first clues were better, but sometimes you just gotta do what you gotta do.
By George, I think you've got it!
