I remember going to see the movie based solely upon the title... I thought it was gonna be some kind of 'trippin' movie... when I found out I was wrong I had to leave... it was too much of a downer... didn't ever see it later either...

"The Abominable Dr. Phibes."

Vincent Price as a vengeance-crazed doctor going after those who had injured him. He was supposedly wearing a mask, so he never moved his lips while talking, as a microphone in his throat was where the sound was supposed to come from. He had a "clockwork orchestra" and a rathr fetching henchwoman, Vulnavia.
