chwester
For anyone interested-- There is a new book out called "The Maker's Diet". It is on the NY Times bestseller list. Have read it and it is awesome. Anyone interested in nutrition or natural health will love it. One of the best books on natural food and natural healing I've ever read. This guy really knows his stuff. The "forward" in the book is by Dr Charles Stanley. Read it, Ginger Tea!
