New suggestion for this year. Jake and I drove down here yesterday and it is absolutely gorgeous! Fall Creek Falls. It also has a lot of things to offer:

Inn/Restaurant

Conference Center

Cabins/Villas

Golf Course

Group Lodges

Group Camps

Campgrounds

Nature Center

Rec Center

Gift Shop

Tennis Courts

Playgrounds

Swimming Pool

Plus a whole battery of activities.

It's in Pikeville, Tennessee, about 150 miles southwest of Knoxville.

JF thanks for the heads up on the park having cabins n camping stuff, I fergot they had such things in Tennessee :P-->

We excultmembers tend to be a boisterous bunch often past the 10 pm curfew set by the park rangers (we are an unruly bunch aren't we :D--> ). Soooo I was thinking that there might be a campsite area which would afford us some privacy. ie rather than being in the middle of the campground surrounded by dozens if not hundreds of campers, we could locate a spot off to the side, on the end or some other ammendable solution.
