Cassini vehicle, eh? Are they based in New York, or Chicago? --> --> If it was a "space probe", this Cassini family is obviously looking to operate in "new" territory.
Anyway, if you download the full-size Jupiter pic, it really is a gorgeous piece of photography. I can't wait until Cassini gets up close & personal on Saturn next month!
I saw the face in the first one and in the other one if I stand back I see the same face but if I get right up to it it looks more like a dog w/its tongue hanging out.
Interesting looking "face" there. But this is the same area where just a few years back a bunch of meteors hit Jupiter all at once. Those bright circles I think are still the effect of those hits on the surface mixing with the atmosphere.

Thanks for the enhancement, Zix. Couldn't see the first one.

Raf: Ok, look at this one. The two blue dots are the eyes, the purple dot the mouth. Then you can see the white hair and the chin, etc.

Raf: I don't think anyone else has discovered this. Might make a humorous newspaper article...
...until someone thinks it's the Virgin Mary. Helluva pilgrimage to Jupiter, though. :)-->
