ok, I don't know. Hopefully the dang song aint on the DJ list. brother!
I sang it at my daughters high school graduation party, I've dedicated it to people, it's been sung at birthday parties. I have yet to hear it at a funeral. I'm using it as a tribute to my parents at my graduation in june, a groom sang it to his bride at a wedding this last fall.

Dots, we've got no problem there!
How about
"Tainted Love", no message in that, it's just a good partying song.

I'm sure I could stump the dj...but my preferred music tends to be tough to dance to...so I'll let the professional do his or her job :D-->

At my wedding we played
"I don't want to live without you." by Foreigner
One that went
"I'll be yours until the sun doesn't shine
till time stands still
until winds don't blow
When yesterday is just a memory to me I'll know
I'll still be loving you.
Our DJ also played
Wild Thing by Tone Loc.

A funeral song?
Tom, Tom.
It's about saying thank you to someone that supported us, loved us, stayed in the background, etc while we shone.
Funeral? I suppose it could be yeah, but so could alot of love songs, as tributes to someone.
A funeral song...............sigh, Tom.
