I lost permission?

I tried to change my signature to

It didn't work. I tried and tried. Then I read the little not in my profile window next to the signature box that said, "HTML allowed if given permission".

I had permission once upon a time. What'd I do?

I am still tweaking in the back room. You should have permission for HTML.

Paw I seem to be on java script and sometimes at the left bottom just over the start button it will say jave script void.

Why is that happening and can I fix it to whatever is most compatable for the cafe? Also I forgot my password can you please send it to me and when this change took place in here I was too sick to use the pc and I get back to find a lot of names and topics are missing and I am having trouble trying to figure this out, is there a thread somewhere that explains the changes?
