I can't tell if Steve did his edit first or if outandabout filed her entry first.

We're going to have to take this to the Florida Supreme Court, which rules in favor of outandabout, but Steve challenges and it goes before the US Supreme Court. In a 5-4 decision, the court rules that the available evidence is in Steve's favor and the Florida Supreme Court can go bite it.

Steve wins (although some will always question the legitimacy of his victory).
