I want to keep it simple. Sam Rockwell is a B actor who manages to still land movie roles with big time actors such as Nicolas Cage, George Clooney, Julia Roberts, and Robert De Niro. I'll give a hint!
How nice is that.
He was in a movie along with Robert Downey Jr this year.

The rule is against sequels to get TO actors that appear in both films. There's no rule against cameos to get to actors that are not in the first movie (ie, even if it were a sequel, it would be okay

According to google, Charo was in a movie called The Concorde ..Airport 79 with Robert Wagner and George Kennedy.
But I was only guessing cuz you never know and the flow was slow.
