A reminder: cartoons count only if the person is actually portraying a character in the cartoon. Even if the person is just the singing voice of a character, it still counts. It does not count if the person sings in the movie but does not portray a character.
For example, Angela Landsbury counts for Beauty and the Beast, but Phil Collins does not count for Tarzan.

The rule is against sequels to get TO actors that appear in both films. There's no rule against cameos to get to actors that are not in the first movie (ie, even if it were a sequel, it would be okay
