It was made in the late 1980s, before Silence of the Lambs. Brian Cox was Hannibal. Michael Mann directed. Good flick. Red Dragon was basically a remake of Manhunter. In some ways the later film was more faithful, but I've always liked Manhunter better.

The rule is against sequels to get TO actors that appear in both films. There's no rule against cameos to get to actors that are not in the first movie (ie, even if it were a sequel, it would be okay

I don't know who "Creepshow" is, but he didn't star in "The Natural." ;) George

Need hints?
Links can bring you to Pleasantville, The Ring, X-Men 2 or, if you're really good, the Silence of the Lambs, Hannibal and/or Red Dragon.

Excellent.
Frankie's the only one to appear in all four Hannibal Lecter movies.

I'm giving up on David Andrews. Haven't the slightest idea who that is.

I had a church youth leader of that name but somehow I doubt he was a thespian!

Well,
I tried to figure out who he was without cheating.
I did an Image search on Google so I could see his face. Still nothing.
So I looked him up. STILL doesn't ring a bell.
In the interests of keeping the ball in play, then, I trust no one will
mind if I post AFTER looking him up, just this once.
(I'm still using my memory for the rest of the link, though.)
If this IS a problem, just skip my step, then.
