Well, at first glance I thought of Blondie's "Heart of Glass" and then thought of The Stone's "Heart of Stone" but alas I don't think I remember this one.
BTW---------- I heard today that Etta Baker, one of the greatest practitioners of fingerpicking the guitar passed on this weekend at age 93. She was an instrumentalist so she doesn't really fit this thread but There was certainly a profoundly lyric quality to her playing.
