after a little checking, the band that I thought made this song popular did not apparently. I don't even think they covered it. Sorry, therefore extra points will not to given out. But a correct answer will still get you high praise from me.

Alright so you know, I mistook a band by mistake that made this song popular. The original band is on par with say, Joe Walsh and his first band James Gang. So you've heard of them. Guess something.
