OH I LOVE THAT SONG! Very good WW! I haven't heard that for ages, and I never would have gotten it. I don't know many songs after the 80s, but certain songs catch my fancy and this was one of them.
A GEICO commercial aye? lol. I usually pay attention to some of those commercials too, depending on how cute they are. Right now I like the birdseye commercials with the wolves and bears. I digress, I know. hmmmmm. Geez, somebody else would get this I know. lol.I know I know who this is too.
I JUST THOUGT OF THE COMMERCIAL!!! It's Eddie Money, two tickets to paradise, lol. But I can't think of what that song you quoted is!!!! I only know that song from him because I'm just not a huge Eddie money fan!!
The original part of the lyrics I was going to use was the unedited version, which they play on the rock stations. It was accused of being homophobic, racist, and sexist. The cleaned up version is what they play on the "pop" stations. And this was a HUGE hit for this band.

Don't know the title but then I never did like the stones to much. unless it was covered by Flying Burrito brothers also which would make it dead flowers but I think that's another song.

Once beneath the stars, the universe was ours. Love was all we knew, and all I knew was you. I wonder where you are, I wonder if you think about me Once upon a time, IN YOUR WILDEST DREAMS. It mig

OK
You pretend your high
You pretend your bored
You pretend your anything
Just to be adored
And what you need
Is what you get
Don't believe in fear
Don't believe in faith
Don't believe in anything
That you can't break

Rosanna's daddy had a car she loved to drive
Stole the keys on night and took me for a ride
Turned up the music just as loud as it could go
Blew out the speakers in her daddy's radio
I'm always talkin' baby talkin' too much
I love that little girl and I just can't get enough
It takes a lonely night with nowhere to go
Just call Rosanna, it's a helluva show

Not him. At one time, this singer walked the beat as a patrolman before becoming a rocker.
