Sure it does. New Your City is the city that never sleeps, and Frank Sinatra had many ties politically, sociably, corruptibly, in NYC, especially in the night. He was no stranger to NYC.

WordWolf is correct. About the first minute and a half of "lyrics" is variations of "Chaka Khan." I really started to hate that song when the DJ at my favorite nightclub would play it about once an hour.

Hw/oB was on the right track, because the Pointer Sisters did record a

version of this on the same album AS "I'm So Excited." (Also the album's name.)

However, I actually got the title as well as an artist, so I got the nod.
