Sorry about that gang. I tried this once before and nobody got it. Really obscure, thought the 2nd verse would strikes someone's memory. Idiot Wind ~Bob Dylan~
I promise nobody will fell like an idiot on this one, besides me for the last attempt I tried.
The only real rule for this thread is that the song had some airtime (not just your favorite album cut). Realistically, though, if the only time you heard it on the radio was the midnight-2AM spot on your college's FM station, that really doesn't count. That said, these songs don't have to be drop-kicks, as in "Songs Remembered from Just One Line." Just use some discretion. :)

Don't know the title but then I never did like the stones to much. unless it was covered by Flying Burrito brothers also which would make it dead flowers but I think that's another song.

Don't you worry 'bout what's on your mind
I'm in no hurry I can take my time
I'm going red and my tongue's getting tied
I'm off my head and my mouth's getting dry.
I'm high, But I try, try, try

I guess I'll chime in here if wayside don't mind.
Someone's got it in for me, they're planting stories in the press
Whoever it is I wish they'd cut it out but when they will I can only guess.
They say I shot a man named gray and took his wife to Italy,
She inherited a million bucks and when she died it came to me.
I can't help it if I'm lucky.

People see me all the time and they just can't remember how to act
Their minds are filled with big ideas, images and distorted facts.
Even you, yesterday you had to ask me where it was at,
I couldn't believe after all these years, you didn't know me better than that
Sweet lady.

And for one desperate moment there
He crept back in her memory
God it's so painful, something that's so close
And still so far out of reach
