Addicted To Love ~Robert Palmer~ Formally of Emerson Lake & Palmer fame.
Correction: the drummer in ELP was Carl Palmer.
Robert (R.I.P) was a singer/songwriter once associated with Lowell George (R.I.P) of Little Feat. He had a couple of minor hits the 70s, notably "Sailin' Shoes" and "Sneakin' Sally Through the Alley". He also teamed up with members of Duran Duran to form Powerstation ("Some Like it Hot") in the 80s.
When The Stones played that song on The Ed Sullivan Show, he made them change the lyrics to "Let's spend SOME TIME together." It's hard to believe how much things have changed in 45 years.
I'm going to do it to you, gonna do ya sweet banana
You'll never give up
Were gonna get Hi Hi Hi
In the mid-day sun
Well well, take off your face,
Recover from the trip you've been on.
I want to lie on the bed,
Get you ready for my polygon.
HI HI HI WINGS
Apparently, Paul was feeling a bit frisky when he wrote this song. The BBC banned it for its suggestive lyrics IE: that we get HI HI HI referencing Marijuana. Also sexual references that his girl was getting ready for his body gun. But Paul, said the BBC got his words wrong and he was saying get ready for my polygon, an abstract image.
Either way, this song a Wings fan favorite at live concerts, has to be without a doubt one of the most friskiest songs Sir Paul ever wrote :excl:
(For those here 21 or younger the artist Paul McCartney formerly had some success writing and playing music in another band called The Beatles). You may or may not have heard some of their songs.

Don't know the title but then I never did like the stones to much. unless it was covered by Flying Burrito brothers also which would make it dead flowers but I think that's another song.

Thanks for the correction soul searcher. I did not know that. I only assumed it was Robert Palmer. (not sure why I did?)
Maybe this other verse will help.
Da Da Da Da Da Da Da Da Da
Da Da Da Da Da Da Da Da Da ( Oh My My My My My )
Don't you worry 'bout what's on your mind (Oh my)
I'm in no hurry I can take my time (Oh my)
I'm going red and my tongue's getting tied (tongue's getting tied)
I'm off my head and my mouth's getting dry.
I'm high, But I try, try, try (Oh my)

If your keeping track, waysider and soul searcher are having a chat about the stones song.
Meanwhile, I have laid down the tracks to the next tune.

Stand before the mirror

This song was one of many top-hits in the 70's by the same artist. His birth name is George. Are these the clues you were looking for soul searcher?
Or this?
As you brush your shoes
Stand before the mirror
And you comb your hair
Grab your coat and hat
And you walk, wet streets
Tryin' to remember
All the wild breezes

Well I thought the first verse of this song was just too easy but what the heck here it is.
Well, when I met you at the station
You were standing with a bootleg in your hand.

That could be a variant of an old blues; i.e, Love In Vain ("Well I followed her, to the station, with a suitcase in my hand")

Were gonna get Hi Hi Hi
The night is young
She'll be my funky little mama
Gonna rock it and we've only just begun
Were gonna get Hi Hi Hi
With the music on
Won't say bye bye bye bye bye bye bye bye
Til the night is gone
I'm going to do it to you, gonna do ya sweet banana
You'll never give up
Were gonna get Hi Hi Hi

High and dry in the long hot day
Lost and lonely every way
But the flats all around, sky up above
I'm to long and lonely and my heart fells pain
Crying out for some soothing rain
I believe I've taken enough

About 15 years ago, I was at an open stage/ coffeehouse to listen to some friends of mine play.
They did an old Beatles song acoustic style, and some college kids at the table next to me said (and I quote):
"Wasn't that song written by Paul McCartney with that group he was in before Wings??" Suddenly, I felt old.
