And you may find yourself in a beautiful house, with a beautiful
wife
And you may ask yourself-Well...How did I get here?
Someone PLEASE get this. The tune has been rolling around in my head for 2 days. I can even think of some of the other lyrics, and I can hear the person singing it, but I can't think of the name of it or the name of the band! HELP me, please help me. This is driving me bonkers.
I know I'm gonna feel stupid when I see it, but that would be better than the torture of ALMOST being able to think of it.

Don't know the title but then I never did like the stones to much. unless it was covered by Flying Burrito brothers also which would make it dead flowers but I think that's another song.

Once beneath the stars, the universe was ours. Love was all we knew, and all I knew was you. I wonder where you are, I wonder if you think about me Once upon a time, IN YOUR WILDEST DREAMS. It mig

And you may find yourself living in a shotgun shack
And you may find yourself in another part of the world
And you may find yourself behind the wheel of a large automobile
And you may find yourself in a beautiful house, with a beautiful
wife
And you may ask yourself-Well...How did I get here?
But I don't want to answer yet... I'll give someone else a chance...

just for the hell of it
who is the band???
You woke up this morning
Got yourself a gun,
Mama always said you'd be
The Chosen One.
She said: You're one in a million
You've got to burn to shine,
But you were born under a bad sign,
With a blue moon in your eyes

Here is one of renewal (of sorts) that will make you think a bit...
Say you don't know me, or recognize my face
Say you don't care who goes to that kind of place
Knee deep in the hoopla, sinking in your fight
Too many runaways eating up the night
Marconi plays the mamba, listen to the radio, don't you remember...
see below for a bit of a hint

Well,
it's not Jefferson Airplane, Jefferson Starship, or Jefferson anything.
That means it's only "STARSHIP"
and their song "We Built This City".
You didn't need such a big quote to start, BTW, some of us could have
gotten it off of any 2 lines in sequence...
Trivia note: a lot of radio stations altered the traffic report in the song
to insert their name in front of
"your favourite radio station..."

General tip:
You can usually start with the harder quote and get easier...
New song...
"James Brown,
James Brown.
James Brown,
