Now, Pirate, I was five years old when that song came out in 1973. :D-->
I just happen to be from the south where I learned to appreciate Southern Rock, cold beer, crawfish boils and watching the paddle boats on the Mississippi River. ;)--> This is the kind of music I listen to when I get homesick. Can't find good crawfish down here, so I have to settle for Uncle Jones' BBQ where his slogan's true: Nuthin' Mo Betta!. The fried okra there is to die for!
"Joy to the World" by 3 Dog Night is the first song I learned all the words to. Barry Manilow's "I Write the Songs" second.

Don't know the title but then I never did like the stones to much. unless it was covered by Flying Burrito brothers also which would make it dead flowers but I think that's another song.

Once beneath the stars, the universe was ours. Love was all we knew, and all I knew was you. I wonder where you are, I wonder if you think about me Once upon a time, IN YOUR WILDEST DREAMS. It mig

You call me strong, you call me weak
but still your secrets I will keep
You took for granted all the times I'd never let you down.
This song came out recently enough to have a video.

You call me strong, you call me weak
but still your secrets I will keep
You took for granted all the times I'd never let you down.
You stumbled in and bumped your head
If not for me, then you'd be dead
I picked you up and put you back in solid ground.
If I go crazy then will you still call me Superman
If I'm alive and well, will you be there a-holding my hand
Too recent for you guys?
