Stella lived in our unit (home) when I was a child at HQ. I will always remember her making me feel comfortable...and her smile.
She drove one of those cars that everyone seemed to have in the 1980's...Citation...and would listen to Chicago and Phil Collins tapes in the car and in her room. She was going to make a trip back to Costa Rica (where she is from) and would record tv commercials so her family could see them. I would hang out with her now and then. I was always fond of her and glad to hear she is doing well.

Last I knew, she was living in Memphis. It's been quite a while, though.

She is married and living in Memphis, TN. Doing great! Helping with the spanish speaking children in Memphis City Schools.
