Last I knew she was in (and probably will never leave twi). She has been on staff at HQ for years, and years, and years. BTW, I think her name is spelled Hearne.
I spoke with Nancy about three (or so) years ago; she was indeed still on staff. She was a staffer long before she went into residence with the 9th Corps.
She's still the same sweet Nancy. I'm no expert, but who's to say that she wouldn't probably enjoy hearing from folks that she loves?
Even though she was obviously sad about my choice to have left TWI (and stayed out for several years, at that point), she was still very courteous.
Nancy is still in...and yes it's spelled Hearne. She was practically raised at HQ and that's all she's pretty much ever know. She'll always be there till the bitter end. She went on the field once...and was brought back to HQ in the middle of it because she was a duck out of water...never having been away from a HQ place. She's a wonderful person with a tender heart...but she'll be there forever.
I actually worked with Nancy in the word processing department. She taught me lots about being organized and being a good secretary. Things that I took with me later in life. My mom also worked with her for several years. Great Gal!
Are you saying she isn't on staff at HQ anymore? That is quite surprising. Most of her career has been on Staff. I am assuming she runs a fellowship or is a coordinator of some sort in the local area if she is in Wapak, right?

No, not at HQ, Wapakaneta. My mistake.
A corps couple was assigned to run a fellowship in her home. They refused. They ain't corps no more.
