We all had our conversations in twi time past, some good some bad. No one has a monopoly on pain or privilege, whether as a member of a cult or not. When you uncover those dust covered boxes collecting time, and open them, I think you will find sentiments are similar. The girl whose posting I quoted was just one of many I could have used. Her refrain I thought was most interesting in the last two sentences.

When do people reach “closure”? If God is really at the center of your life, does he have a plan for the time still remaining? BitterSweet the memories of time gone by but maybe it’s time to dry the tears before we die?

I have just now read this thread for the first time. I want to puke. I wish I could go back in time and find a way to prevent all this crap from having happened.
