I might be wrong here, but I'm thinking that the first line sounds a lot to me like something Leslie Neilsen would say in Naked Gun 33 1/3.
No.

Yes.
Interestingly, she didn't say "Why not come up and see me some time?" until it was incorrectly attributed to her. She liked it, and even recorded a song about it. She had a LOT of wonderful quotes, but most were from interviews, not movies.
I think that you're going to need to bring a couple more clues to the table WordWolf for here. Certain actors are coming to my mind but nothing conclusive.
"It seems it always happens. Whenever we get too high-hat and too sophisticated for flag-waving, some thug nation decides we're a push-over all ready to be blackjacked. And it isn't long before we're looking up, mighty anxiously, to be sure the flag's still waving over us."

Okay, by the way WordWolf, which movies were these quotes from? Just for F.M.I.?
Han Solo, in "the Empire Strikes Back" and "Return of the Jedi", said the first set. "I've got a bad feeling about this" was a running line, as was "It's not my fault!". C3PO also said the former, and Lando Calrissian also said the latter. There was a famous exchange between Han Solo and Princess Leia. In TESB, just before it looks like Han is about to die, Leia says "I love you." His reply? "I know." A movie later, towards the end, they are about to be captured. She's hiding a pistol, hidden by how he is standing. Han, impressed. "I love you." Leia, smugly: "I know."
"I didn't kill my wife!" was obviously from "the Fugitive."
Indiana Jones, in "Raiders of the Lost Ark," was asked for plans. "I don't know, I'm making this up as I go along." *jumps on a horse and begins riding.* In "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade", he tells his class in an introductory lecture what archeology is and is not. He mentions that X NEVER marks the spot. Naturally, later in the movie, he realizes that X marks the spot. "I knew it!"
Not a chance. I actually forgot I posted this. Two of those lines were from the same movie and some of the most memorable. I may have underestimated this actors scope of familiar movie lines. I may decide to reveal and throw up something else.
A third line then from the same movie "I'm so hungry I could eat the as s end out of a dead rhino, I should have had you get me three of these things!
A few more lines. I've separated movies with extra spacing. Hope this helps.
"Finally. Grab a seat. Enjoy the show. This is history".
"Ten years ago one of his kind stalked and eliminated an elite special forces crew in central America. There were two survivors. They indicated that when trapped, the creature activated a self-destruct device that destroyed enough rainforest to cover 300 city blocks. Remarkable weaponry. That's right lieutenant. Other-world life-forms".
"He's on safari... lions, tigers, bears, oh my"!
"22 years. Man, L.A. has changed a lot during that time. The air got dirty and the sex got clean."
"Utah! Get me two"!
"Speak into the microphone, squid brain!"
"Forget about it kid. They're ghosts"!
"Listen you snot-nose little dang. I was takin' shrapnel in Khe Sanh when you were crappin' in your hands and rubbin' it on your face!"
"I'm so hungry I could eat the as s end out of a dead rhino, I should have had you get me three of these things!
"No, no! I wish I could believe you. But unfortunately, I don't... Now if you would kindly tell me everything you know, I promise I'll kill you quick".
"I'll tell you what it is. It's called electric shock treatment".
"Hit him again! Hit him again. C'mon, tell me about the shipment! Yeah, yeah, very funny. Now what about the *shipment*?"
"That's hardly important but if it matters you may call me Mr. Joshua"
"Thank you, Clearlake! C'mon... we love you, we'll see you next year".
"No, you're wrong. Both of you. For guys like us there's *only* tonight. Now let's rock and roll!"
"We'd like to do this one for the boppers. For those of you who BOP!"

Since George didn't recognize them, and the thread is young, I thought I'd enable some "help files." Give me a bit of time on this.

I'm sure this one hasn't been done yet:
“Is that a gun in your pocket, or are you just glad to see me?”
“It’s not the men in your life that counts, it’s the life in your men.”
“Never let one man worry your mind. Find ’em, fool ’em, and forget ’em.”

Is this James Cagney? I'm not really sure about which movies they're from. That "Top of the world, Ma" is a catch line of his I think.

Correct.
"Top of the world, Ma!" from White Heat
"Dirty, double-crossing rat!" from Blonde Crazy
