Interesting, but no. You're all VERY familiar with this actor, but not from these movies. He was not the star of any of them, but they were more than just cameo roles.
Um, let's see.......I THINK "Free Enterprise" was something about the Star Trek fandom. With that in mind, the melodramatic pauses probably aren't for, say, Adam West, but rather for............. WILLIAM SHATNER.
"Free Enterprise" is about a couple of ~30-year-olds, both big sci-fi fans. One has a steady job, the other is more of a gadabout. They meet and befriend Bill Shatner (playing himself) in a library. It's actually quite cute. Rent it, or stream it, or whatever you kids do today.
From The Hip King Ralph AlienV For Vendetta Spaceballs Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone/Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone
John Hurt had large roles in "From the Hip" (the second defendant in the movie, Douglas Benoit). "King Ralph" (Lord Percival Graves wanted the new king dethroned), and "V For Vendetta" (the British Prime Minister, and the TV spoofs of him.) In "Alien", he had a VERY memorable moment- which was spoofed in "Spaceballs" ("Oh, no, not again.") In the first HP movie, he played Ollivander, who sold Harry his wand.

The Hobbit, perhaps? George

Am I? Ok. This actor or actress was in: Les Miserables (not the musical) Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl Shine

It's sort-of a sequel. It's not labeled as one, but it can easily be considered a sequel. AFAIK, it takes place afterwards with at least 1 character from the previous movie. Just don't kill yoursel

Nope.
Unfortunately, almost any other movie I could give (except Miss Congeniality 2) would immediately give it away. So let's see if Raf or WW can get it.

No.
If Raf doesn't give the answer, I'll be forced to use obvious movies.

I'm guessing Peter O'Toole. Clearly, it isn't the star of any of the films.

No, but probably closer than Lance Henriksen since I don't know who that is.
*checks* Oh. Ok, LH was in "Alien", and Peter was in "King Ralph", but AFAIK, neither was in the other movie.
