I noticed it's easier to lose weight / lose weight when I do my cardio every 5 days and go to the gym. I prefer the elliptical for positive reviews- https://fitnessgeko.com/fitness/stamina-in-motion-elliptical-trainer-review/ and I'm sweating and keeping up the rhythm. It seems easier than the tape.
