I noticed that I only have 3 total reputation points. That is about the lowest of anybody here. Why?

Robs, because you are trolling for money.  DWBH told you in a nice way, for him, the GSC is not here for your Julien Institute.  If you want to discuss issues, fine.  If you are here to find customers for your Institute, I would rather not have anything to do with you.
