George, that first line should be more than enough to give you his name, and the rest should make you confident you have the right guy.
Well, they don't. Probably a recognizable face, but I haven't an idea who it is. The fact that you put "Hugh Hefner" in quotes is probably significant, but it doesn't ring any bells with me.

"Probably?" a recognizable face?
For you, a VERY recognizable face, with a VERY recognizable voice. (AFAIK.)
Man Dodging Debris Waterhose Man Man in Times Square
School Librarian Smithsonian Guard Bartender Strip Club DJ
Jury Foreman Man in Fair Bus Driver Generalissimo Lee
Debonair Gentleman Xandarian Ladies' Man FedEx Driver
Bus Passenger Barber Milwaukee Man Drinking From Bottle
Thirsty Gambler Rejected Wedding Guest Senator Lieber
Pageant Judge Shrink-Car Owner Dapper Dog-Walker
Barber Watcher Informant Gary Man Leaving Tex's Lounge
(How many people have played WILLIE LUMPKIN?)
Some of these might be remembered individually- the Smithsonian Guard who realizes Captain America's costume is missing, the FedEx Driver looking for "Tony Stank", the Milwaukee Man who drank from a bottle and dropped dead due to gamma ray exposure, but individually, none may ring a bell. Except for a case like this one where you're LOOKING for Waldo in the background, none of these should count as a role for this thread. THAT was a clue by itself.
An informant for The Watcher? A ladies' man on XANDAR? Someone's got cameo roles in Marvel movies. Generalissimo Lee and Senator Lieber are slips of the name- Stan Lee, born Stanley Lieber. I'd have gotten it off of the top line. Willie Lumpkin appeared in one movie. Tony Stark identified Stan as Larry King and incorrectly(?) as Hugh Hefner in Iron Man 1 and Iron Man 2 (IIRC, in reverse order, as Larry at the beginning of IM2 (on the way to the car, just before getting served the Congressional subpoena) and Hef at the charity ball in the middle of IM1 (on his way into the building.)
Robbie Hart was "The Wedding Singer," and Bobby Boucher was "The Waterboy." Some of the other names were from fairly well-known films, though the characters' names wouldn't be as recognizable. I'm glad Nicky and Zohan were recognizable. I was afraid I'd have to use Happy Gilmore...

He was looking for it to use as a clue in a game round a few weeks after he was looking for it. Meanwhile, I hope he posts the next one soon.

Well ... yeah. I was about 15 when it came out. (Saw it a couple of years later, when I was in college.) Fonda DID win the Best Actress Oscar for the performance. George

On the off-chance that everyone didn't chime in with the answer in harmony, I had to save something for the next post.

How about Man that drinks soft drink
And Veteran who should not have drank that.
different roles in different movies and different drinks.
There's a word for these types of roles that should make you smack your forehead and say, OH, DUH!!! [That's not a hint].

Oh great. Another game where Raf knows who it is but pokes fun and jesters that all of us are idiots. Just play the game or not play it Raf.

Since I have no idea who that is, I can't think of a single one.
I don't mind Raf fooling around, but he's probably going to have to answer, because I'm not getting it.

Willie Lumpkin was the mailman for the Fantastic Four.
Any thoughts about who might play "Generalissimo Lee" or "Senator Lieber" ?

Presumably, the "Rejected Wedding Guest" was when he actually appeared as himself at Reed and Sue's wedding. "No! Really! I AM Stan Lee!"

Oh! I may not have thought it was the same "Nicky", but the Zohan to not mess with was ADAM SANDLER.
(The other names weren't ringing any kind of bell for me.)

Wish I was paying closer attention because Robbie Hart would have gave it away but I've had a few so I don't care.
