It's "Yer Blues" from the white album. It was kind of morbid for the type of music they put out (The Beatles).
Was that ever released as a single? I realize that this thread doesn't have the "airtime" requirement that "Name that Tune" does, but it seems a pretty obscure album cut (even though the album is pretty well-known).

Well yes and no. In 1968 Lennon performed on The Rolling Stones Rock and Roll circus with Keith Richards and Eric Clapton on a British TV special but it never aired. It was released on video in 1996 and dvd in 2004.

Who is to blame in one country?
Never can get to the one
Dealin' in multiplication
And we still can't feed everyone
Oh God we've got to rock down to...

Let me put one up for WordWolf, respectively:
Always in a hurry, I never stop to worry
Don't see the time flashing by
Honey, got no money
I'm all sixes, and sevens and nines
Say now, baby, I'm the rank outsider
You can be my partner in crime
Baby, I can't stay, you got to roll me

Women try to taste me, but their always tryin' to waste me
And make me burn the candle right down
But baby, baby, I don't need no jewels in my crown
Cause all you women is low down gamblers
Cheatin' like I don't know how
But baby, I go crazy, there's fever in the funk house now
This low down bitchin' got my poor feet a itchin'
You know, you know the deuce is still wild
Baby, I can't stay, you go to roll me
Always in a hurry, I never stop to worry
Don't see the time flashing by
Honey, got no money
I'm all sixes, and sevens and nines
Say now, baby, I'm the rank outsider
You can be my partner in crime
Baby, I can't stay, you got to roll me

The eagle picks my eye
The worm he licks my bones
I feel so suicidal
Just like Dylan's Mr. Jones
Black cloud crossed my mind
Blue mist round my soul
Feel so suicidal
Even hate my rock n' roll

Here's a pretty easy one I think.
When evening rolls around
And it's time to go to town
Where do you go to rock n' roll
The old folks say that ya gotta end date by ten....
