Use a song lyric that has either the words Rock or Roll in them. Or both. The use of rock'n or rolling is alright too.
As long as either word is in the song.
I don't want to sound nit-picky here George, however the lyrics should include the words, rock' or roll' in them.
Actually I thought of using the very same clue when I started out but then I realized that the only lyrics in the song that included the words rock or roll in them were in the title.

Doesn't the chorus contain the words, "Rock 'n Roll" as lyrics?
I guess I didn't read carefully enough. I didn't think that the lyric I gave had to have ROCK or ROLL, just that the words were in the lyrics of the song.
Since no one actually said "Old Time Rock and Roll," I'll go with a new one:
Well I looked at my watch, it was 9:21
We was at a rock'n'roll dance having nothing but fun

The object of the game is to guess the song title. The artist is not necessary.
Just so were all onboard on how this works I've highlighted and enlarged the text and added the words [lyrics of the clue] to the rules (for more clarity) on how the game is played.
Were not trying to name the title to the song with rock or roll in it, we are trying to use a song lyric that includes them and from that we try to arrive with it's title. OK.

Yes, but if he uses those in the lyrics he were to us he would also give away the name of the song. And where's the fun it that.

Well I looked at my watch, it was 9:21
We was at a rock'n'roll dance having nothing but fun
Well I looked at my watch, it was 9:32
There's nothing I'd rather do than dance with you
Well I looked at my watch, it was 9:43
And everytime I spinned she spinned with me
Well I looked at my watch, it was 9:54
I said, " Dance ballerina girl, go go go!"
(There are lyrics containing the title between the ones above.)

I am a rock
But the years went by and the rock just died
Susie went and left us for some foreign guy
