Michael Madsen was offered the role of Vincent Vega in Pulp Fiction, but he couldn't get released from this film.

No. You're probably thinking of the ST episode "Conscience of the King." Let's change a couple of the clues to make it easier:

Human without the bean
Why didn't you say that 2 days ago Mr. Wolf? Your right Rottie, They are pretty good. Makes it tough on me to get my 2 cents in.
Human without the bean
I was way off going with "The Terminal", except that it didn't have any articles of clothing in the title. I assume WordWolf is correct, but I'm not familiar with it. But that's not unusual.

Stallone. Also well-known for reprising his Rocky role. I can't see him in Eddie Murphy's role in BHC, though... George

I'll give WW some time with the new clues, though he admits to being less than proficient in original Star Trek.

Ok, I figured "Old West" meant "Spectre of the Gun,"
and this means it's referring to an account of the Shootout/gunfight at the OK Corral.
So, maybe this is "Tombstone."
(aka "Old Guns." XD )

"Tombstone" was the earlier, better-received movie about this saga.
Neither Gene Hackman nor Michael Madsen was in "Tombstone."
This is the OTHER one, starring Kevin Costner.

James D. Edwards III's social security number was 905-80-5406.
Don't blink or you'll miss the joke about Al Roker, Isaac Mizrahi, Danny DeVito, Sylvester Stallone, Dionne Warwick, Newt Gingrich, and George Lucas.

Ray-Ban really appreciated the boost in sales of their Predator 2 sunglasses.
I imagine getting the permits to film in the Queens-Midtown Tunnel and the Brooklyn-Battery Tunnel
was done in one meeting for the producer or director.

Agent J's information was on display before it was deleted.

On-screen, they were shown to be aliens living on Earth who were being
monitored.
Ray-Ban really appreciated the boost in sales of their Predator 2 sunglasses.
Sales shot up of the same glasses used to deflect the neuralyzer.

They drove across the ceiling of the QMT,

This was the directorial debut (of sorts) for a prolific comedic actor/director/producer.
The movie was originally titled "Key of Keys" before said actor/director/producer got his hands on it.
Two of the actresses appear in the James Bond film "You Only Live Twice."
