It may be his pen name. If you google his full name, you'll see a listing for attorneys. he has a law degree as well as being an author.

Yes he does. I just find the dropping of the last name to be very interesting.

This might be a crazy thought but maybe there was already an author using that name. I know it happens with acting. If there is already an actor in the union registered by your name, you have to go with something else. That's what happened to Tim Conway, whose real name is Tom Conway.

It is also a fact that authors often use pen names because crazies can google them to their front door now days.

The author is John Lynn's nephew...raised in TWI. Don't think he's with any offshoot or TWI any longer.

Last I heard he was Presbyterian.

Which is ironic since JAL's family was Presbyterian before he got waylaid.
