George Well, "Mork & Mindy's" Mork was INTRODUCED in "Happy Days", and Fonzie appears in the series pilot, but I don't think of that as a "spin-off." The "lost episodes" were additional material used on "the Jackie Gleason Show" but the series itself was "the original 39." The Dick Van Dyke Show had 158 regular episodes (plus 1 reunion.) Go, bfh!
