That wasn't the only reason, by the way. In general, it was my failure to kowtow when told things that didn't make any sense. For example, I owned a house, free and clear, about five miles from where I worked. I had a Twig leader (not the same one) who had fellowship in his home, about 35 miles away. The Limb and Branch leaders kept trying to get me to sell my house to move closer to Twig. No, thanks!

That happened where we lived. At the time I was in a good sized twig. There was another twig about an hour away with two families and a single guy in it. They were told to move closer to where we were. The twig coords of that area owned a thriving prosperous business and a home. If they had given up the business, it would have put people out of work. There also really were not jobs open where I lived in a tourist town.
They decided not to move and the entire twig in that area was M&A because of it.
My wife knew the size of our car's tires and I didn't. They also spotted me (not my wife) changing our young son's diapers at an ROA. That's just "plain wrong"...I guess.

Yes, that's plain wrong.... You should have been believing for your kid not to poop.
I'm female. And not stupid (except for being gullible enough to believe that lot).
Not beddable either - Rosalie told LCM he shouldn't assign me to Green Room duties (realized they were taking a risk if special services were requested).

My husband is very helpful too, and I really appreciate it. If it was a female busy body that reported you she was probably jealous.
That used to get me, because I'd had it pounded into me that to disagree with leadership (no matter how psycho they were being) meant you were not being meek. All they had to do was throw that at me and I'd end up apologizing or acknowledging their point of view. (No matter how psycho it was).
It's why I understand how some people confess to crimes they didn't commit.

Seriously- they "marked and avoided" you, and that was the reason,

You joined [like the rest of us] to serve our God, and TWI determined this was enough to throw you out? Those doing so were taught this by VP, so I'm curious why you so vigorously defend him still?
"We KNOW something is wrong with you. Come on, spill your guts.. tell us what it is.."
So I thought for a second.. about the time that this moron spun a yarn that he never mixed bread and vegetables at a meal, that this was gawd's will.. and the time he claimed water can give you energy because it has hydrogen and oxygen, and when one sparks the two together, you know what happens..
I said "hmmm.. I'll think about in and get back with you.. yeah.."
"Duuuuuuuhhh... Okay..."
kicked out, not quite. Just made not welcome.. probably because I had slightly more than a high school education..
I'm not sure if I should call this dumb or ironic.
When I was in FellowLaborers (a 2 year, in-residence program) in the mid 1970s, sex was forbidden, except for the married couples, with their own spouses. Violation of this rule would get you the boot, instantly, if you were discovered. Also on the forbidden list was pornography, drugs and alcohol. And, they randomly rifled through your belongings to make sure you were on the up and up. Now, all these years later, it is glowingly obvious that this very sort of activity was taking place, simultaneously, only 2 hrs. away at The Way Int. HQ. ....And some people want to talk about double standards?
Seriously- they "marked and avoided" you, and that was the reason,
either stated or actual???
We were forced out in 1994. We survived the debt purge and the homo purge, but not the unproductive evil purge. The new area coordinator came to town and everybody in every twig had to meet with him. There were 2 meetings with this guy and our twig coordinator. And yes, the tire size and me changing diapers was the kind of stuff they brought up as indicative of a SPIRITUAL problem. Still makes me laugh.
If VP was behind that he never would have gone that far. At least, not if the ministry had stayed the size it was when he fell asleep.

Here's a hilarious story. Years after I got (very nastily) kicked out of TWI I started attending a twig-type thing, a splinter, in the town where I now live. (I was very damaged; I needed the "c

Female. Got a brain. Not beddable.
No use.
Pretext: not meek enough.

I wasn't kicked out, at least exactly..

The last meeting I had with the limb guy here..

*he*(?) was just a cheap religious lecher..
so sad..
I still think.. the vicster, was a female personification of the gawd.. trying to prove that he(?) was really a he.. or was that a she..
well.. he(?) really ended up being screwed up when he took a dive into the vortex in what was the year.. 19.. something?
Gawd.. I've been blessed in this existence..
one of the *real* record keepers elected me to transcribe his report, into a digital format..
I think mainly, because I can be objective..
weird.
