but there are those among us.. who think "god" can't practice polygamy..
sowie. I really think we are on the same page here, kind of..
I think I see your point, what with God being spirit and all that. Then again, I guess one has to be a bit more specific in who owns the title of "God".
Well, he did teach us about how there were 4 crucified with Jesus, not 2. Oops, sorry, that particular research has been debunked. Ok, then there is the matter of lambano and dechomai. Nah, that one crashed and burned, too. How about the law of believing? Shoot, that dog don't hunt neither. Well, crap, what exactly DID we learn, anyhow?
I hope you don't mind me taking a sharp left turn here, but the "Man Act"? I mean, there society goes again with its discrimination against men. Is there a corresponding "Woman Act"? No! It's the "Man Act", as if men are the only ones who have to have a law against their actions. This is an absolute artrocity!

Well, there are some amongst us who roll our eyes and say, with disgust, "God Almighty!"
That's probably not what you had in mind, though.

And he violated The Mann Act in order to facilitate his polygamous lifestyle.
So, even though there are no federal laws against polygamy, there ARE laws against the sort of trafficking he used to facilitate it.

I mean.. even by the "conservative" laws of 1910.. he deserves prison, or worse..
"no, we don't transport underage women kind across state lines for sexual purposes.."
it just seems at least a DECENT code to live by..

The Mann Act is named after Congressman James Robert Mann.
