One thing I'm a little unclear about is that the couple said they were a little hesitant to go public. I don't really know too much how the lottery works, but I believe in Illinois the law is now that your identity has to be revealed, being a public jackpot and all. Is Powerball different? Is Kentucky different? :unsure:
