Sorry about the typo in the title, my spell check is possessed. Correction angels not angles. :) Not sure why we can't or how to edit the titles of our posts.
Cherubim and Seraphim are referred to as having wings as you said. Oftentime the wings were added in artwork to distinguish an angel from a human. But noooooo, TWI had to make a big deal about ot as if it meant something. :wacko:

or able to move air to ascend and descend
so wings can be representing and descriptive
