This is a pretty recent film - 2008. And they are making a sequel of it, due out in 2011. They're going to have to figure out how to resurrect one of the main characters, though.
I'd rather have one of these cars that *we* made *together,* by hand. Your guys and my guys, together. You know why? Because those cars stand for something. Those cars stand for something pretty great. I'm proud of those cars. I'm taking one.
Yep. The first exchange was between Keaton and Gedde Watanabe, after slogging through a river when GW "freaked out." The latter line was Keaton telling the big Japnese bosses that the cars his team (American and Japanese) were the best. Of course, the car wasn't finished and fell apart about ten feet away. My favorite line, though it would be too commonplace to be a giveaway for this film, was the BIG Japanese boss, who never cracks so much as a smile, telling Keaton, "I like you. You make me laugh." :)

Human without the bean
Hello, Mr.Wolf, I'd like you to meet my wife Mrs. Human. She's loves those movies.
RottieGrrrl
But you are right, perhaps this should be a movie mashup clue. but I would get this movie from one line, lol.

If that last line didn't give it away, then no one here besides me saw that movie, or Wanted to.

I haven't seen many recent films, but let me make a wild guess...

"Galaxy Quest." (LOTS of good lines in that one.)
"Is it just me or do you hate the way your shorts feel when they're wet?"
"Actually I kind of like it."

Well, that could be "Hot Dog: The Movie"; but I doubt that's the one you have in mind.

Up
Hot Dog, however, had one of the most memorable lines I've ever heard in an otherwise unknown movie:
I had, how you say, sunny side up....
