This one came from a fairly popular movie, but it's certain that some of you won't know it. Those who did see it, though, should remember this exchange:
This next clue is a memorable line that one actor used on three different movies. Any of the three will be considered correct. You get a gold star if you can also name the actor.
You're both right. :-) Jeff Goldbloom said it as Dr. Malcolm in both of the first two Jurassic Park movies. He said the same line in Independence Day as they were blasting off from the exploding alien mothership.
"It was all that Dan Marino's fault, everyone knows that. If he had held the ball, laces out, like he was supposed to, Ray would never have missed that kick. Dan Marino should die of gonorrhea and rot in hell. Would you like a cookie, son? "

But you are right, perhaps this should be a movie mashup clue. but I would get this movie from one line, lol.

Liar Liar.

Must go faster.

It's clearly Jeff Goldblum. The only movie I can think of with the line is "Independence Day."
Well, angelfish, the solution to your problem is simple. The only way to get what you want is to become a human yourself.

I thought the last one was "Jurassic Park." Oh, well. Maybe I should actually SEE that movie
sometime....
This one is probably the FIRST of Disney's "The Little Mermaid" movies.
(As opposed to any sequel, or any version done by anyone else.)

Ever seen a movie or show about the Theater District in Manhattan?
Or heard a song with such a name?

I think there was one with Liza Minelli. But I have no idea if it's the correct answer.

There might be, but the Theater District in Manhattan has never been called
"New York, New York" to my recollection.
I give up.
This one was "42nd Street" and that quote is on the top 100 most famous movie quotes.
Someone else post one.

Jbarrax. Care to expand on the post that you made. It's probably a well-known flick
but I'm thinking I haven't seen it.

another clue.

My usual rule of thumb (not an official rule of the thread AFAIK) is that the quote may
be recognized by someone who never saw the movie.
I'm fairly sure I could have gotten this from "laces out" if I was in the right frame
of mind, but even the longer quote wouldn't have gotten me to
"ACE VENTURA PET DETECTIVE" if I'd never seen it.
