To me, MP+THG is like The Wizard of Oz to Human. I can think of dozens of lines which I would immediately recognize from this film. I would consider it a Tier 1 movie, but maybe that's because almost all of my acquaintances have seen it. I do find it interesting that Human named two very funny, but probably not as generally well-known, MP films.
WW is up, unless he wants to give it to Human, who "loosened the jar lid" for him. Â
I suspect that this is actually Monty Python's most famous movie.
George
It is unquestionably MPFC's most famous movie.  I was on an MPFC forum and we couldn't get people to stop making references to this movie, as opposed to the show or the other movies.
It's possible she says that when he grabs the rifle, shotgun, whatever. But I'm looking for the classic movie that is actually remembered for this line (and a few other really famous lines.) I've seen a number of spoofs of this line down the years, people referencing it (and getting the line wrong, since it's often remembered wrongly.)
I suspect it's an old gangster film, but I don't recognize it.
George
The film is very famous. It's not any kind of gangster film.  If you know how the Rat Pack got started (most people don't), you'd have no trouble remembering the main actor. This movie, however, does not contain a ham sandwich, as far as I can remember.Â
Bogart was in the early Rat Pack. "We'll always have Paris." should give it away, but I'm not sure which Bogart film it is. I'm pretty sure it's not "Casablanca," so I'll try "The Maltese Falcon."

It IS "Casablanca." Since you included it in your post, I'm accepting it because I feel like it.
Â
The early Rat Pack hung out at Humphrey Bogart's place, which meant Bogey was in the 1.0 version. Most people don't know that.
These were all well-known lines from "Casablanca."
The Avengers, or Marvels Avengers Assemble, depending on your home country (the UK gave it the latter title to keep people from looking for Steed and Peel all through the film.)

Correct. Hulk smashes the crap out of Loki and utters the phrase.

I don't know any other one.
I guess you'll have to take the chalice WordWolf. And you can blame it on Cambridgeshire.

But this here is a famous line, if not the most famous line from this movie.
Â
"Not so fast, Louie."
Â
The line is NOT "Drop the gun, Louie."Â That line does not appear in this movie.

Yeah she might say "Wait a minute, Louie" anyway.
Devito maybe, in "Twins"?

WordWolf can you fill US in with some details where this took place, this famous line "Not so fast, Louis" from Casablanca. Near the end I suspect.
