"Warp speed, exactly. Now I'm Captain Kirk, you're Scotty, I need more power. I'm telling you if you do not get this radio up, a billion people are gonna die; now it's all up to you, I know it's a [sh]itty deal but you got it, can you handle it"?

"Yeah, horses're fascinating animals. Dumb as fenceposts but very intuitive. In that way they're not too different from high school girls: they may not have a brain in their head but they do know all the boys want to fu[ck] 'em".

I'm hoping this one *rings a bell* with someone or if not I will just post another. Two characters interacting.
"Speaking of horses, did you ever see those Lipizzaner stallions"?
"Yes, sir I've seen them. Yes, sir I was aware that they are all white. They are not from Portugal; they're from Spain and at birth, they're not white; they're black. Sir".
"My primary concern here is the breakdown in the system. In this instance the system failed because the two senior officers did not work to resolve their differences, while preserving the chain of command. Now you may have been proven right, Mr Hunter, but insofar as the letter of the law is concerned, you were both right, and you were also both wrong. This is the dilemma that will occupy this panel, this navy, and this country's armed forces as a whole, long after you leave this room. Off the record... you've both created one hell of a mess: a mutiny aboard a United States nuclear submarine, violation of nuclear launch protocol".
That would be the one. I might have been mistaken by thinking that those lines from Crimson Tide about the Lipizzaners and the lines about "You're Scotty, and I need more power" were very memorable. But I'm glad you got it George, because I was down to only one more Lipizzaner line left to play.
The problem with this thread is the definition of "easy."
The first tier of quotes would be those that are so famous that one does not have to have seen the movie to know it. ("Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn." "You can't handle the truth!" "I'm melting! What a world, what a world!")
The next tier would be those that, if you have seen the movie, would be instantly recognizable. ("Fat. lazy, and stupid is no way to go through life." "Sometimes, you just can't get rid of a bomb.") If you haven't seen the movie, though, you're not likely to guess it.
The problem is the third tier. These are quotes from a movie you've seen so many times that they seem obvious to you but are vaguely recognizable (or unrecognizable) to most people. These quotes are ideal for "Name that Flick" but are maybe out of place here. I've seen "Crimson Tide" (at least, most of it); but the only reason I guessed correctly is that the last quote given basically was the whole plot of the movie.
I suspect that there are about 30 first-tier lines. As Human has pointed out, it gets boring to rehash the same quotes over and over. I'll try to stay in first- or second-tier quotes. Now I've got to go think of one.

Hello, Mr.Wolf, I'd like you to meet my wife Mrs. Human. She's loves those movies.

I assure that quote is the best clue possible. There won't be a better one.

I apparently haven't seen this movie, but I've heard the line. This may be a chick flick.

The same movie with a different quote.
